This website is owned and operated by NEWCOP TRADING LLC, registered under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Registered address: The Dubai Mall, Level 2, Cinema entrance, unit TDM-SF-186-07, Dubai, UAE. Email: dubai@newcop.com. We sell footwear, apparel and accessories at retail.
2. Purpose of the website
The website ae.newcop.com allows customers in the UAE to buy products from NEWCOP TRADING LLC. Accessing and using the website means you accept these terms. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
3. Orders, prices and payment
Prices are shown in AED and include 5% VAT. An order is accepted when you receive our order confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable or a price was clearly shown in error, we will contact you and you can choose a replacement or a full refund. Discount codes can be used once per customer unless stated otherwise and cannot be combined with other offers.
4. Authenticity
All products we sell are new and 100% authentic. Every item is checked by our team before it is shipped or handed over.
5. User obligations
If you create an account or place an order, you must provide true and complete information and keep your password confidential. You agree not to use the website for illegal or unauthorised purposes and not to copy, distribute or modify its content without our permission.
6. Intellectual property
All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos and software, belongs to NEWCOP TRADING LLC or to third parties who have authorised its use. Brand names and logos of the products we sell belong to their respective owners.
7. Liability
We work to keep the website available, accurate and secure, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for losses caused by improper use of the website.
8. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is described in our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds in our Refund policy. You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai, UAE.
